Welcome to Northeast Georgia Presbytery

Jubilee Adult Ministries (JAM) Action Team
Mission Statement: The JAM Action Team will keep abreast of research, education, advocacy, and support available to retired adult members of Northeast Georgia Presbytery. The action team will also strive to ascertain what approaches are best suited to enhance the spiritual, economic, physical, and emotional well-being of retired adults.
So, what is JAM?

JAM is well-preserved,
not too seedy,
rich in flavor,
and easy to spread!

Helps you prep for retirement and also be vigilant about suitability of choices for current situations as they change - ie - do you have adequate medical coverage? are insurance policies current? do my housing needs change as my mobility or finances change?

A Celebration of Aging was held at Washington Presbyterian Church on September 29, 2011. Attendees enjoyed a hymnsing, fellowship over lunch, and an address, led by Michelle Arington of Samaritan Counseling of Northeast Georgia, with a sampling of stretching, balancing, gentle yoga, and Tai Chi.
